Our Mission
The Indian Business Betterment Foundation (IBBF) exists to build a more accountable, transparent marketplace in India — one where consumers can document their experiences and businesses have a fair, public opportunity to respond.
We are a neutral, non-government platform registered under Section 8 of the Companies Act 2013. We do not take sides. We do not enforce legal outcomes. We create and maintain a documented public record — because transparency is the foundation of trust.
