Users agree to:

• Avoid abusive, defamatory, threatening, or misleading content
• Not misuse the platform for harassment, promotion, or false reporting

IBBF reserves the right to moderate or remove content that violates platform policies.

• Complaints and reviews are submitted by users and reflect individual experiences
• IBBF reviews submissions for policy compliance, moderation standards, documentation consistency, and platform guidelines, but does not independently verify every factual claim submitted by users.
• Businesses are provided an opportunity to respond
• Outcomes depend on documentation and cooperation of the involved parties

IBBF does not guarantee resolutions, refunds, or corrective action.

IBBF may:

• Archive or hide content that violates policies, certain moderation, security, or audit-related records may be retained internally in accordance with platform policies and applicable legal requirements.
• Restrict access for repeated misuse
• Suspend or block users engaging in abusive or harmful activity

Moderation decisions are made to maintain platform integrity and neutrality.

All platform content, branding, logos, and design elements belong to IBBF unless otherwise stated.

Users may not copy, reproduce, or misuse platform content without permission.

User-submitted content remains the responsibility of the submitting user.

IBBF is not liable for:

• Decisions or actions taken by businesses or users
• Losses arising from reliance on platform content
• Accuracy or completeness of user-submitted information

IBBF may contain links to third-party websites. IBBF is not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of external sites.

IBBF reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform if:

• These Terms are violated
• The platform is misused
• Required by law or regulatory direction
• Attempts are made to manipulate, abuse, or interfere with platform integrity

Submission of content, complaints, reviews, verification requests, or supporting documents does not guarantee publication, approval, verification status, or continued visibility on the platform. All submissions remain subject to platform review, moderation standards, policy compliance, and administrative discretion.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes relating to platform use shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
