IBBF does not act as a court, arbitrator, or legal authority in disputes between users and businesses.

Section 8

Misuse of Takedown Requests

Submitting false or misleading takedown requests in order to suppress legitimate consumer feedback may be considered misuse of the platform.

IBBF reserves the right to reject such requests and maintain content where it complies with platform guidelines.

Section 9

Policy Updates

IBBF may update this Takedown Policy from time to time to reflect changes in platform operations, legal requirements, or moderation practices. The updated policy will be published on the platform.
