When a Business Receives a Review
When a review is published about a business:
- IBBF notifies the business through the registered email address
- The review becomes visible on the public business profile
- The business may submit one official response to provide clarification or additional context
- All responses are reviewed before publication
- Reviews represent consumer statements and are not modified by IBBF
How Businesses Can Respond
To respond to a review, a business must:
- Sign in to the IBBF Business Dashboard
- Open the review using the reference ID
- Submit a professional response — one public response is allowed
- Provide clarification or context related to the review
All responses are reviewed for policy and language compliance before publication.

If a Business Does Not Respond
