Verification Fee & Refund Policy

This policy explains how verification fees are handled for businesses that voluntarily apply for verification on the IBBF platform.

Business listing on IBBF is free. Verification fees apply only to businesses that choose to enter the verification process.

Verification fees are charged for:

• Review and assessment of submitted documents
• Verification processing and administration
• Communication and clarification handling
• Compliance review
• Additional verification procedures where required

Verification fees are associated with the verification process itself and not with guaranteed approval outcomes.

Verification fees are generally non-refundable once the verification review or assessment process has started.

This applies regardless of whether:

• Verification is approved
• Verification is rejected
• Additional information is not provided
• A business chooses not to continue the process

Verification work involves review time, administrative handling, and assessment resources that begin after submission.

Verification requests may be rejected if submitted information is incomplete, unverifiable, inconsistent, or not provided when requested.

Rejected verification requests do not automatically qualify for refunds.

Businesses may reapply in the future by submitting a new verification request and paying applicable verification fees again.

IBBF may review refund-related requests in exceptional situations at its sole discretion.

Submission of a refund request does not guarantee refund approval.

Verification fees do not represent payment for endorsements, ratings, guaranteed trust status, or guaranteed outcomes.

IBBF remains a neutral platform and independently reviews verification requests according to platform standards and available information.
